If a person does HVAC at all they will laugh the whole way thought this book. It is full of small stories about what happens on the job as well as the employees that a company hires.

Great book.

Great little book, just keep in mind it's more from the residential perspective. You'll find a lot of "been there!" moments. Nice for a little bit of a gut check for when you think you know everything, cuz nobody does.
Oh yeah, and the chapters are very bite-sized. Perfect for taking a seat in the erhm...home office.
Surprised I haven't seen this one at the partshouses, actually....
